3 Game Guarantee Bracket Generator

Create and run a tournament in which every participant completes at least three real competitive games. The Winners and Losers brackets determine the Champion; a separate Guarantee layer gives an extra game only to an early two-loss participant who is still below three.

What does 3 Game Guarantee mean?

Every participant receives at least three completed participant-versus-participant games. A Bye is only an automatic advancement and never counts toward that promise. Unresolved slots and placeholders do not count either.

How the bracket works

  1. The field starts in a seeded Double Elimination championship core.
  2. A first competitive loss routes a participant into the Losers Bracket.
  3. A second competitive loss ends the championship run. If that participant has completed only two real games, the Guarantee layer assigns a third.
  4. Two guarantee-required participants are paired when possible; an odd final recipient receives a deterministic legal support opponent.
  5. The Grand Final—and a Reset Final when selected and triggered—determines the only Tournament Champion.

3 Game Guarantee vs Double or Triple Elimination

Compared with Double Elimination

Both use Winners and Losers championship paths. 3GG adds terminal consolation games for early two-loss participants who still need a third real game.

Not Triple Elimination

A Guarantee result never creates a third championship path, feeds a bracket slot, changes Reset Final activation, or determines the Champion.
